Judge Fudge was '91 - well before Yes Please.....which may explain why it's fookin ace, I think it was recorded not long after all the cracking Elland Road performance.
I love the first three albums, I rank them up there with the very best of anything by anyone. Obviously not New Order, but you know what I mean ![]()
anyone whose brain is not wrecked by acid / lsd / ketamine etc etc will be able to tell you it will be absolutely shite. they were a party, novelty band defining the madchester scene and as such very of their own time. I still blame them for the demise of factory records. Once bumped into Bez coming out of the Metropolitan pub in Didsbury just after it had been done up - Tosser.
