Just googled it.
Apparently it's the Pet Shop Boys "In The North Sea" - it's a rip off of the Village People's "In The Navy" according to wankipedia.

Not so fast mister, it's actually by a little known folk singer from South Manchester, who collaborated with a lyricist somewhere in Lancashire to make this understated bomb of a song.
It's about a tragic event that occurred North of the border almost a year ago. Unfortunately the singer was murdered and never had the chance to release this song.
Sad really.
