owen hargreaves was immense against portugal.

I love how after the match Peter Crouch said something like "blah blah whine whine the team was too tired after 120 minutes to make the penalties" meanwhile the only muthafucka to actually play the whole time was only the only mutha to make his penalty!

That was never a fucking penalty. Owen cheated to win the penalty by leaving his leg trailing.
I will give you the point that he scored a couple of Free-Kicks, but he never did anything when it really mattered.

Mind you, something tells me that MALCOLM McClaren would have made a better England manager. He might get the team fitter through a rigorous exercise regime forcing them all to breakdance to his old records. :p
