shane is the gillan fanciers society. he still visits but doesn't post that much.

...last time I was in NZ I visited some friends in Southeast AKL, in Northshore, in Hamilton, in Raglan, and ofcourse in Te Puke at the Bay of Plenty; I also love the area around Tauranga and Mt. Maunganui...

raglan is pretty close to where i live supose about 45 mins drive on the back roads. i go there as much as possible, i like to swim all year round in the harbour in raglan,, there is a frekin cool reggae festival on every year in the beach reserve. its cool shit. were all nuts for raglan. hamilton is my nearest city obviously, good vibes in raglan. good fish n chips bro!

Yeah, I've always thought that was the coolest state motto. I wanted to move to NH just so I could get one of those license plates!
don't both ohio and north carolina have 'first in flight' as their state motto? i get north carolina because of kitty hawk, but what the hell's up with ohio? did the wright brothers spend the night there or something?

they weren't, but if all ohio can come up with for a motto is that the wrights were from there, then that doesn't say much for ohio in my book. i think north carolina wins the rights to the wright brothers.

I think I've heard that the job market is so booming in Ireland that they've been trying to attract immigrants, hence all the Poles. Any need for a 30 somthing mechanical engineer with middling skills?
Oooh, we went to Galway (from Sydney!)(With a baby!) with our engineering skills and ended up living lavishly for six months before being retrenched! 'twas grand! Best six months of my life.
Galway is about as big as our chinatown but they gave us a driver.
