She left her microphone on when she went to the toilet and it overdubbed Dubya's speech.
no bleedin camera in that bog though. :(
It'd have been funnier (and, perhaps, more appropriate) if she'd actually gone to the toilet for a hefty no.2, no???
I read in the paper today that said conversation will inflame right-wing types who already believe CNN to be a hotbed of radical liberalism?? What because the woman in question admitted obliquely that her fella doesn't mind licking her out???!!!

I have a bit of sympathy for that woman. Sure, it may have been inappropriate for her comments to be heard, but at the same time, who wants to hear Bush open his mouth? I cringe if I ever hear his voice in footage shown here in the international news.

No, it's because on more than one occassion there have been "mix-ups" and "oversights" and "technical problems" all happening while the President or Vice President is giving an address.
Remember the "X" that was blinking over Vice President Cheney's face as he spoke?

So you're saying the "X" incident didn't happen and that a CNN operator wasn't fired for responding to angry callers with "we were exercising our free speech"?

I'm saying that I have no idea if these things happened, but if they did it's really quite funny. Hardly "radical liberalism" though, is it? More like some people taking the piss out of an easy target: ie - people like you.
Poor shootin', Tex!
I had a professor do that in college once. The daft old guy used a clip-on mic, but he forgot to turn it off during the mid-class restroom break as he went in to take a leak. Those of us still in the room heard everything on the little speaker it was transmitting to. Fucking funny.

So let me guess... you watch Fox News instead?
Fox sells news as unabashedly biased entertainment meant to make the ignorant masses feel better about themselves for voting Republican rather than actual information. Fair and balanced my ass.

Fox is as bad as ANY media out there. None seem to give unbiased information. All are slanted in one or other. I really wish we could get true journalism, as the journalists say (but they definately don't do).

Now why cant Bush's speeches all be like this:
