I doubt there is a high number of criminals with the name Cuthbert or Agamennom simply because there is probably not many about

Wouldn't the names James and John being at the top of the list go some way towards disprooving the old myth that "real" UK residents NEVER break the law and all the crime is done by geezers with brown skin and names like Deepak and Varesh?

Don't you realise there are more whites, hence more white criminals. You must count the percentage within each ethnic group then you'll get the proper picture.

well what do numbers like 70 or 80% of prison inmates come from a particular backgound tell you?

that they are just criminally inclined, or suffer from severe disadvantage.

i'll go for the latter.
