Planning for October Pet Fest? Me too. Sometime in Dallas. But yaikes didn't know the price.. But I guess that's okay.

I wish I were together with someone in Dallas at their concert.

$40 doesn't sound like very much for a decent concert these days. 3.5 hr one way trip is a bit long but worth it if you're really into PSB.

Looks like the closest they are coming to me is Atlanta. Which is about a 4 1/2 one way drive. I'll have to think about if I want to go or not since it is also on a Thursday. The weekend I would I do no questions asked, just makes it more of a decision being a weeknight.

I agree. Weekend = No brainer, assuming you have someone to go with. Much tougher call on a weekday. That vacation time is precious stuff!

I'm going to the Atlanta show. I'm only 1.5 hours away, though, so I'll be driving back home that night.

Definitely looking forward to it... hoping it's better than their last tour.

Well worth the money! If the stage set is the same as the one they had in Liverpool in the Summer,it'll be amazing.

Go for it, Twister! Absolutely worth every single penny or whatever coinage you use. I also had to travel to another city to see them; I even went through the 'Chicks on Speed' torture just cause I wanted to be right there in the first row. Result: you get squashed by the gay population mostly but great fun is guaranteed. :thumb:

looks the same as the one they used at the electric picnic as well, so presumably they're touring it round

The Sodom and Gomorrah show is definetly worth it. If I can get a ticket, I'll be traveling 2 hours one way to see them in Boston.

I'm defo going. For gods' sake, it's Pet Shop Boys!!!! No matter what. I have to travel 4 hours in rented car (mine wouldn't be able to make it) but i'll be there. It's only a pity that I'll be alone :(

I thought the dancers were very good. If i could be bothered i'd upload my photos, which are the same as Montys but from a front centre postion right in front of Neil Tennant.

Not saying they weren't, because they were great. At one point i thought it was a bit OTT. The same goes for me re photos.:)

Oh and Ian Brown was good 'an all!!Not a big fan but he did all the right songs! and there was a few mancunians in the crowd:D

Fair point. It was a major shock to the system, my first PSB gig. Mind you, i was standing next to my two gay friends and they thought that it was great. They are going to see Kylie in London, say no more.

Well looks like I'll be making a drive to Atlanta to see them after all on the 19th. Just finished purchasing my tickets. I'll be taking the person who got me back into New Order. The things you will do for your very good friends :D

I dread what my house will look like after having to leave the my two dogs inside for 24 hours (both dogs are indoor dogs so I can't leave them outside with no supervision) :\ohwell:

Thought the Pets were brilliant at Electric Picnic, hopefully they'll announce a proper UK tour.
