I do when I go to a club expecting guitar and electro music and i hear shit like that.
I remember for my A Level results, we went to an 80s night in manchester. And that racket was played. Ruined the whole night... that and the rest of the hip hop that was played that night. Bastards.

jesus,i was at milton keynes in 1984. i must say u2 were fantastic that night.the crowd were up for it as well after being pissed on all day.i recall rem got plastic bottled

I'm not denying that. I was questioning their fans. Every U2 fan i seem to talk to doesnt seem to like much else.

Hmm... Roots definitely... There's a huge scene in Atlanta right now, hard to know where to start. Mars Ill is one that just signed a deal with EMI.
Honestly I don't keep up with the scene much. I just tune into it on Georgia State University radio sometimes when I'm in the city.

1985, surely? Carnt be arsed to google this but am sure I was 'Lower Sixth' (not a phrase I use very often), whereas I left 'Big School' in 1984.

I find this to be true of alot of U2 fans aswell... Liked Joshau Tree back in the day,and it's still a good album..But personally the overriding feeling is U2 are shite,Joshua Tree apart.
Oh,and I cannot abide modern day Rap,and posturing"big me up I'm a bling cunt"Rappers...Boring same old,same old.

Agreed. Only U2 album that I actually give half-a-shit about but that was more to do with what was going on in my life at that time, a certain young lady from Dunblane, etc, etc. Don't mind Zooropa either, as a direct result.
