Just been into town, and after much brainwashing by adverts decided id trade my Mach3 razor in for a new *Gilette Fusion*. Anyway, picks up a razor, some gel & a pack of blades and heads toward the till. How much? £27.97!!! I just smiled and paid, while thinking how much ive just been ripped off!

Dont get my wrong,i buy all the shite they tell me i should in GQ,Arena etc. Just never thought how much it costs before.

I went in flannels in Manny once. there was no other fucker in the shop besides me. so i looked at this v neck jumper. price tag said about £180. so i looked around the shop, and I thought, WHAT THE FUCK AM I DOING IN HERE? I only had a oner on me. never been back since. even the new one in Liverpool. and no cunt in the shop came over to offer me assistance either. haha. they just know don't they. (he aint no footballer)

I'm not surprised Wade Smith in Liverpool went bust. Its all a big con job.

Actually I thought it was you could look cheap if you were considered a bad boy. And if you were considered a good guy, looking sharp still would not matter.

The mysteries of women, they want to marry the good guys, but don't want to date them :banghead:

SUCKER!!!!!!

In fairness, my one concession to this "male grooming" bollocks that's taking the world by storm is "Mach 3" razors and "King of Shaves" gel, although I get my sister to pick them up knock-off from the Barras for a fraction of the price.

The world's gone mad when blokes start using moisturiser and getting their feckin nails done in a glorified poodle parlour. As for getting your body hair waxed....WHAT THE FUCK??!! I've got a mate, Ben the Hairy Highlander, who gave it a go after getting bullied into it by another mate of ours who's a hairdresser. He got his back done, just to above his arse which meant that every time he bent down or his jeans hung low he looked like he was wearing a pair of hairy pants

Yer not wrong Glas. There's a name for a woman who likes her "man" moisturised, manicured and smelling gently of forest fruits. A lesbian. But the poor bugger can't admit it, or loves the cock too much.

Now there's nothing wrong with a man using a bit of moisturiser, hair products, smelly stuff, etc.

However, I once went out with a guy who wanted to borrow my concealer when he had a spot - now that's pushing it!

eh up, watch yerselves round this one girls :evil4:

(ever since they yelled at you about too much internet....you've been FAR too easy to harass ;) )

EDIT: and yes, I AM aware I am living on (rapidly decreasing) borrowed time :)

King of Shaves is shit. It's like slime on yer face. And it's see-through so you can't see which bits you've shaved off, or haven't.

It's like that so that divs with crap beards can shape them properly and see what they're doing.

Cunts like THIS probably wear King of Shaves. :shades:

Never used the gel, big fan of their oil tho.

(Distant sound of Al chalking up more evidence for it being the choice of cunts)

Edit: FWIW i rarely shave with a mirror, and even when i do, I end up having to finalize matters by feel, so the big white "you missed a bit" sign is of little practical value.

Actually I got this shit that came in a toothpaste tube once....MOST impressive, full of menthol, near blasted you awake, no idea what it was tho.

SC's posts are really hard to quote 'cos of the amazing number of square brackets in his name.

Look, poor Jemma's given up

EDIT: Oh no, she's tried again and fucked it up again.

I also rarely shave with a mirror. Always use a blade 'proper' where possible.

Mirrors are way too jaggy and you're likely to cut your throat.

LOL....I thought that some smartfuck would say that as soon as I posted it. Trust me, I've been in states where, were it not for those gaurd wires, I'd have lopped my head off with my razor, but NEVER so out of it as to put toothpaste on my mug (well, not believing it was shaving cream anyway).

Speaking of which, any sign of re-entry to Earth's atmosphere soon for you, or are you out there for a bit longer?

I see Hicks can still bust threads with the best of em :thumb:
