Last week i set up shop from my front room. I am a recruitment company now! It has been lovely.

I take the children to school and am home by 9.30. I have a cup of coffee, make a few phone calls then have lunch out (this week: M Sushi, T Lebanese, W Italian, Th cafe, and F fish&chips). Business expenses, keep receipts. Then I come back, am building a website so i do that for another hour, then pick up kids from school. We go to the park and I gossip with the other parents while they play. On Friday it was hot so we went to the beach and had chicken drumsticks and watermelon for dinner.

I love it so much I am even looking forward to the Safety Show later this month!

The event attracts over 10,000 health and safety professionals from a broad range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, building/construction, government, emergency services, transport/freight and many more.

Key industry manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers display the latest in workplace health, safety and manual handling solutions over 3 days.

Oh it is too exciting. Stop! signs, protective gear, non slip mats...mmmm
