No, I don't watch that show. Flava Flav is ugly and stupid for having a show like that... the women are also stupid. Talk about celebreality. 
Seen a few minutes of it at a time...and it's the stupidest thing ever produced by mankind. Easily edges out the hydrogen-filled airship, the solo career of Paul McCartney, and every SNL-character movie for that title. 
And yes, Flav is quite unpleasant to look at

Ahem, the greatest wrap group of all time is the crew at UPS. I am constantly amazed with their packagin' skills. Mad props to my hommies in the UPS Wrapping Packages Dept! 
Oh, wait...you meant rap? In that case, I have to agree with PE (though the Beastie Boys are a fave, they bear the burden for making every suburban white kid think they have what it takes to make it "in the ghetto")
