Can anyone recommend a good U.S. magazine? Not Time or Enetrainment Weekly, or Playboy.

I'm interested in new discoveries, things like Mars, new health discoveries, robots, bomb tests, human experiments, with a lot of pictures. Something like Aviation & Space Week but broader.

Any suggestions please? It'd be my first magazine I'd like to subscribe to since the early 90s. Once the Internet arrived in 1995 I quit reading books and newspapers and now I want to make up. :thumb:

after dark magazine....you can get by going to coasttocoastam.com.... coast to coast is a radio program that airs overnight and talks about phenomenon and space/planets/quantum physics-mechanics/theories, aliens,hypnotists,weather,etc....its very good. the host has guests on all the time that are interesting and they debate on a lot of things....

for the most part, i like music magazines...like venus, under the radar, and harp.

Mental Floss is interesting most of the time, the few issues I've bought are always informative in a tongue-in-cheek way. :thumb:

isn't ym now called 'young and modern'? i liked it best when it was called 'young miss' back in the day, before it went all feminist.

Yes I subscribed finally to Popular Science. As for Wired I read the Amazon reviews - they all seemed discouraging.
