What's in Your Wallet???

Everytime I see the Comrade's closet topic, I swear that's what I read.

Anyways, what are you carrying around in your wallet that is of interest or you can't seem to get rid of.

For me I have some strange reciept from when I was in Japan in my wallet for the last 8 years. Who knows why I keep it, but now its become a good luck charm or something as I can't seem to throw it out.

Also have a paychart from when I entered the Marine Corps so I can show the little amount of money I used to make. Again, who knows why I keep it.

SO, WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET?

My license, student ID card (very flattering picture on the first, not so much the second), my county library card (very worn and illegible, but it's still kosher as I was able to check out a book of Roger Ebert reviews earlier this week for "light reading"), my Books-A-Million card, my "Ingles Advantage!" card (which rarely comes in handy except on occasions like tonight, when I was able to buy a twelve-pack of Coke cans for all of fifty cents less than normal price), my Winn-Dixie savings card (nostalgic for the good ole days, when I worked for a store that was going out of business), the business card of a local towing agency (car problems and what not seem to be a constant in my life), my two rental cards for the same video store (they changed names and companies, but either card will do when I really want to see "Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector"), a card from when I gave blood my senior year of high school (almost ten years ago...jesus, makes me feel old), and a Richland County library card also from about ten years ago, when I was briefly in USC and living in Columbia.

Oh, and thirty-four bucks (that's what you were all waiting for, right :evil4: )

Winn-Dixie? Now there's a name of a grocery store I thought I would never see on a New Order website.

In my wallet, I have a thin set of matches of a favorite restaurant. Just in case I need to call in for reservations. :food:

When did Winn Dixie go out of business? Went to NC last year and we still saw a Winn-Dixie I thought. I know we saw a Piggly Wiggly as I got my daughter a stuffed animal of the mascot.

Boy, the South sure knows how to name their grocery stores!:)

that reminds me of the time I was eating a slab of cheese at work. I started noticing a bit of a greasy patch out the bottom of my eye. Looked down, and some of the cheese had dropped from my mouth into my shirt pocket without me knowing. So, I'd been walking around the office with cheese in me top pocket. still ate it though. and stain devil'd the stain that night. shirt turned out cushty, with a feint cheddar aroma combined with the fabric softener.

One of my store loyalty cards is from Matalan - I've only been there once and they practically forced me to have one. No, twice: I went in there to get some ladies clothes when I was in Glasgow.

I guess they get bonuses for signing people up.

Dave and Buster's is like a gaming place/bar. So like it's got all these video games and skeeball and shit and you can do it DRUNK! wooo but it's super overpriced. I only went once, determined that the amount of fun i had was not in porportion to the amount of money I spent to have that fun, and never went back.

If someone else pays--I may go--and lots of people have parties there.. that's why I kept my card... but i've not been in a year.

Do you only cross dress while in Glasgow, or anywhere you go?:skeptic:

Took our kids when we went to Denver last summer. My sister-in-law who lives there had saved up a bunch of coupons for them. Fun thing to do, but a couple hours there goes a long way.

No actually tho I my big sis gave me condoms once

Last New Years Eve I got comp tix to see Robert Randolph and I got a buddy's girlfriend, Natasha, to go with me.

Well, of course, my big sister looks out for me. So "just in case" something happens she gives me two condoms.

I have never had the heart to tell her I don't quite fancy a woman....Oh well

even if you don't fancy a woman, condoms are still good protection nowadays, no matter what gender you fancy.
