lol.. just googled and its bloody Murdoch who bought 18% on the 18th for a mere £940m. He's ruled out a take over bid, which might come from RTL, who own Channel 5.
I thought it was Murdoch swallowing it up.."Leave a piece of meat out and the preditor always strikes" was the phrase used to describe Murdoch...Him possibly seeing ITV as a potential threat to The golden egg footie rights,and moving in for the kill.
Hopefully Fox won't take credit for implementing the decision to cancel the O.J. Simpson television interview and book publishing; they should've known all along that it was a bad idea.
