OK.. Apologies to Aussies for the thread title, but its that time again when our two respective cricket teams slog it out for the next three months for this pathetic little trophy.

They batter everybody I'm afraid, there's no shame in it! Not a good toss to lose though.
Day 1 should be all about the pacemen not the spinner, but they were all over the show.
On a good batting deck your only chance as a bowler is line and length and if your "strike" bowler trundles the first ball so wide it goes to second slip, well... 
If you know Giles is never going to bowl a team out in their 2nd innings why pick him??? Pietersen ended up bowling 9 overs ffs!

I have to say though, that England's second inning was better - they are underdone though.
there second innings was better, but when their first innings was complete crap, anything can be relayed to as "better".
