telemarkater revenge

Superb, I registered with the telephone preference service ages ago but still receive marketing calls. I only have my landline for my internet so now I tend to just not answer it at all.

I know people who will chat for ten minutes before cutting them off and people who just leave the phone off the hook, while shouting 'yes' 'go on' while they're going about their business!

yeh I got that a while ago.

freakin telemarketers. I always get calls urging me to switch my phone provider from some call center in India. I always tell them stuff like, "are you going to buy out my Internet contract?" "send me something in the mail. I'm not going to do anything over the phone." Lately it has just been, "not interested. " and then hang up.

speaking of telemarketers...once had a friend who was one and actually ended up calling a hospital elevator....i said to him "why don't you just flip out and start having phone sex,talking dirty to the person you're calling if you hate your job so much....that way you go out with a bang....over the telephone". I mean do a porno star's voice and then when the manager shows up and asks you what the hell you're doing, just do a cartman from south park voice and say" screw you, i'm going home"....and march yer ass out the door. and piss in the coffee carafe before you leave.....imagine the faces of the other workers next to you....laughing so hard they can't even speak a full sentence....stop for a second and do a clint eastwood look,say something dirty to the co-worker and keep going...
