Perversley that could work in team Becks's favour..If everyone is really THAT cack,Girlman will be baggin hatricks every week,even from the right sided birth....He's still probably good enough to play Premier League for one of the lesser rubbish clubs, like Newcastle over here.

Well, the idea of bringing Beckham is probably to raise the level of the league.

It's evident the best players are in Europe.

The lower league players here, would kick lumps out of Becks,he'd never sign for Whitby Town..MLS teams might struggle to stay up in the Northern League here,but are you allowed to tackle in the MLS? Any Chopper Harrises to meat out some naughty challenges? Bet the refs are strict and the player's kits are Jazzy..All the gear,but no idea :laugh:

latest rumor has Edgar Davids signing for 'FC Dallas" now how much is it going to take for them to lure Ronaldo to the states, he is less marketable than Becks but a superior player(in girth and skill)

Will our best players play the prime of their careers in the boomin MSL? Who knows. They can fuck off for all I care.They can bring gate prices back down to a reasonable level again,the kids will be able to go again, and watch the lads who actually give a shit about the club they play for.Like when I were a lad.Sorted.It was better then anyway.Geniuine players and fans. :nod:

How long will it be before we see posh and becks in a movie directed by anti-semite pisshead mel gibson,starring opposite happy clapping vertically challenged tom cruise! Of course becks has gone to promote the beautiful game to a load of yank kids in poor old hollywood.This beautiful family sure could do with the money.

not sure if this has been answered for you yet...but the place that the Galaxy plays at only seats around 27,000...and they already averaged around 25,000 in attendance, so thats a shitload of money to pay to stick 2000 more asses in seats....

Gibson is also anti-English so Beckham will have to have a different nationality.

Can't see what the fuss is about to be honest. Beckham was never going to cope with the pace of the Premier League again and would have faded from the limelight in whichever league he then chose, he's got his limelight and loads of cash to boot, good luck to him.

Dont really know why he's getting slagged off myself. If someone offered you roughly £470,000 a WEEK to play football would you turn it down? Good luck to him i say,ok he might not be everyones cup of tea,but i can think of worse people for kids to look up to.
