Speaking of good Wiki vandalism, did you catch that story late last year, out of Snohomish, Washington (just east of Seattle), about the high school kid who nearly had has leg blasted apart by a shoddy cannon at a high school football game? (The Seattle P-I web site had a pic of the kid with a hole in his leg..
)
The real tragedy is how the town basically cut off the kid and his family after the incident, proving themselves to be a really small minded provincial podunk town in the process. There was the resulting outcry from the rest of the world about Snohomish, and some clever people took it upon themselves to "edit" the high school page. It was quickly taken down, but some one had the "new" version in one of the history pages elsewhere, providing some good humour, so I bookmarked it for future laughs.

Well, that's okay, to me it's just not as stupid as the actions taken by some members of the Snohomish community last year. Read on......
