only time they put radio on at work.not bad for daytime radio 2. his title tune is girl affraid- smiths played 'theres a light that never goes out' and radiohead's street spirit once they had a discussion about suicide and at the end he said 'we'll have to end it there'

Legend. Saw him at Morrissey gig in Oxford. Not as tall as you'd think to be honest.

He'll always be remembered for being Paxmans substitute on Newsnight. But he's replaced Peter Snow as BBC's election nut as well. Something which I reckon I could do, given my unhealthy knowledge and interest in Election results.

I listen to Radio 2 a lot during the week as it chills me out for some reason. Think it's their voices, Terry Wogan, Jeremy Vine and Ken Bruce. I've always liked Steve Right too.

Does this mean I'm becoming middle aged?

Yep. But it beats Key 103, Galaxy 102 and most of the other shite that we have on in our office.

Saying that, Wogan in the morning is pretty cool. Even though i listen to Jason Mountford on XFM.

I don't think so. I wish they did though, I used to love it. I remember actually crying once after one story

I listen to it from 6am in the morning till 7pm at night (most of the time) - so if you are becoming middle aged, then I am a bobble slipper wearing pensioner, and a genuine TOG!
