I thought George Gilette, the owner of the Montreal Canadiens (and who is from Colorado) was the only bidder left for FC Liverpool.

If that's any concern, we had the same feeling when a US owner bought our hockey club a few years ago... I mean, it's the most historical team of the league, and seeing it go away to an American was difficult, but who could blame the local guys, there was no salary cap back then, so it wasn't a good deal.
But George Gilette prooved to be a good owner... and Tom Hicks did a lot of good things with Dallas, though he signed some baseball contract that would make Micheal Schumacher jealous... so he has a LOT of money.
Not a bad duo... they know how to run things.
Though I feel it's a bad thing for us, because his attention will be divided.
So what's the current feeling amongst Man U fans about the Glazers? Gone a bit quiet on the 'boycott Old Trafford' front or am I sorely mistaken?!
