Pancake Recipe

Pancake day. Under pressure.Kids are pestering me for them. What's the recipe again,anyone?

Yeah, but I usually buy pancake mix, much easier than pissing about with flour and eggs (i think that's what's in it!)

Aunt Bessie's Jem? All the mod-cons..Never thought of that. We hand wash and use a mangle oop here in the hard bitten industrial waste land of the north..Ready mix is for puffs.

Thanks, Just found a 'cocky' BBC recipe so batter now made.. all I need to do now is cook the quinoa risotto and all will be well..
