I've got about 100 pairs, been collecting them for years. Bought a pair of Puma G.Vilas last week, and hunted down a pair of Adidas Kegler the week before. I might throw a list up of all the ones i've got.

That's quite a small collection by the standards of your average adidas obsessive. In fact it's probably about as many as they've got that don't fit properly.

I've just typed a fuckin huge list of my traniers and it blank paged me,bastard. Anyway had a count 67 as new in their boxes, plus another 20 odd without which are old and only fit for doing the garden.

Most expensive new, £200 for some Adidas Adicolor W1. Most expensive for a pair off eBay £223 for a pair of Adidas Wimbledon. With a pair of Columbia not far behind.

Top 5 Trainers anyone?

dunno. they were just pure black slip ons. great for getting from window ledge to window ledge, and quiet enough for rooftops. they also made me run faster.

The lads in our street used to get them from Europe on the away trips in Germany. they did exist. couldn't get them here.

I was younger so made do with Kick.

good grief, you're worse than a bunch of girls and their jimmy choos/manolo blahniks.

only proper trainers i've ever had are a steady stream of converse and a trickle of adidas superstar. is that bad?

and did cool girls wear plimmys/pumps with black tights (and ankle socks) and mini skirts everywhere in the 80's or was that just in this bleak northern pit?
