Anyone else not got the bank holiday weekend off?

Yeah, but I work 'for myself' (kind of), so any day I can't make some money is a day I worry about it more 
In the US; Good Friday is not considered a Holiday by a lot of companies (mine is one of them) 
so I’m stuck at work today. If I’m lucky I might get to go home early but I doubt that will happen.

In Canada you must have either friday or monday off, at my new job I got both!

My girlfriend also has today off and all week I kept hearing from her that she only had to work 4 days this week.

Today has been a joke at my work, extremely quiet and half the company is off on pre-booked holidays anyway. Bugger all customers coming in, might as well be on the graveyard shift. The thing that pisses me off is that the management knew today would be utterly dead yet still denied us a day off on an official bank holiday 
Scotland don't get the Easter Monday as a bank holiday so today was our only opportunity for a nice long weekend.
Anyways, I leave in 35 minutes so musn't grumble.

Just had the last seven days off, got to go back a week on Monday. Bummer is that I have to work for five weeks before they let me have another week off.
Good job there's a Bank Holiday in the middle of that lot.
Was off at 1200 today and don't have to be back at work until 1200 Monday (1/2 day!!!) :woohoo:
I'm not even supposed to be here right now. Just home to pick up a few things before heading out into the wilderness again. I love four day weekends. :)
not only did I work Friday, but I get to close tonight, then be back at 5 am on Monday...I think my boss hates me...

I did, mate! Rotherham had a storming game, winning 3 - 2!
I had four days off for the gig in Manchester. Back for three days then with bank holidays, I don't go back until 16th!! I love flexi!
Hell, my best friend got a three day weekend, but I didn't! Not fair.
No Christmas present for her, then.
