Try some hydrocortisone and some aloe vera. it will help soothe and protect it. make sure you clean the area thoroughly before applying. :)

natural remedies are best. peanut butter or even yogurt, oddly.

Smooth peanut butter I presume?? Crunchy would be like taking a piece of sandpaper to the afflicted area,and that would be too manly, even for me..
