Well, hello stranger... :thumb: Thought I'd better pop me head round the door, as it's been a while and I've got a nice NO-related few days lined up with seeing Control and then ReOrder at the weekend... :jump:

Just lovely. Our PM has finally announced the election date. Nov 24 way to go. Perhaps I'll get at least one birthday present then. Way to ruin the day.

This seems to be becoming a tradition at Floriade. Here's some sheds from this year's event.

This is Floriade.

This is a story right out of the Twilight Zone. Over the past few months I've really gotten to like a girl over in the cafeteria of another building. She would always serve me with a smile even when she was making sandwiches or whatever. She always managed to to take my money at the cash register, or give me my croissant or both.

Anyways we had this new girl start with us a few weeks back. Yeh I also like her even if she has a BF. I've been telling her about the cafeteria girl for a while, so on Friday we both walked over there.

Now it gets weired. They know one another from uni a year back and I would have never found out otherwise that it was my cafeteria girl's last day before traveling the world.

In the afternoon I just had to get back over there to buy an orange juice and wish her a good trip. I think I embarrassed her more than I did myself.

The things we do. She can't be much more than half my age and man is she cute.

Now I don't have any reason to go over there anymore, other than the food is overpriced and crap at my cafeteria.

All I can say is that things aren't like they used to be. Today I actually had to wait to get serviced. :(
