Heath Ledger's Sleeping Pills wrote: what are you on about Ronbo???

Seems pretty straight forward even for my intoxicated state of Sunday Morning. I could swear she was coming onto me, even while telling me about her great husband and three lovely children. The scary thing is she said she'd look for me. :)

She was lovely though.

It is more complicated than that though. She was there with her sisters one of who I have known for years and almost goes out with her cousin whom I almost once dated. But that ended up with a fight with another overprotective cousin (she was majorly pissed off at him), so I figured it was best to get out of there after three lovely hours in case either of of did something we may regret.

OK that wasn't straight forward at all, but is typical for what I've been facing lately. You had to ask..... .

So the reality of Australian life is as complicated as the soaps would have us believe...

Help. I've become trapped in Neighbours. I didn't need to have that pointed out to me. :brow:

That does explain a lot though. Let me out, I beseech you. Somebody certainly is having a good laugh at my expense.

Oh thanks Jeff. I didn't know I was gay either. Hum what are you doing later? ;)

There's a reason I keep coming back to NOOL, I learn something new every day.

The titles have changed on Neighbours and everyone is different.

I find that upsetting.

Fooked if I know. I haven't watched it in 20 years.

But you do star in it Ron.Guess that's a common thing for actors and that not to watch the stuff they're actually in.

That Australian neighbourhood on another planet kind of thing appeals to me sometimes. No stress , great weather , no criminals , terrorists and what have you.Kind of like Utopia.Thousands of miles away from all them nasty Al Quada and such like , getting pissed at barbeques every day

Most of that is true. My street even looks like Ramsey Street.

People are people though and we still have to work. Oh you forgot the beaches. Even I live less than a two hour drive from some great ones. Most people in Sydney and Melbourne have to travel far longer to get to one.

BTW Alf is right about Carla. She doesn't look plastic. I sometimes quite like it when a woman looks like she's actually lived a little and looks her age. I must have had a peek now and then.

A 6 liter V8 ute. lol Only if I wanted to. They have a bit of an bogan/chav image problem.

Something like that would do quite nicely. Yours for only £23,000 and 0-60 mph in 5.6 seconds. I don't need one and will keep my 2 liter Focus for now.

Your chavs aint proper chavs bud if they can afford a flippin' ute. Ours aspire to own a 1.2l Vauxall Corsa wi' an empty baked bean tin strapped to the exhaust.

Most of them here end of working in the trades and many actually run their own businesses. While the economy is doing good, they are doing very well.

It almost makes me want to have persisted with tiling or landscaping, but my knees would be shot by now. They are making enough funny noises as is.
