Info that came from Larry King Live last night:

Sheriff let her go because she was going to have a "mental breakdown" and medicine issues.

Judge is pissed as he directed that she will NEVER be in house arrest with the ankle thing, which of course she is now.

Sheriff has jurisdiction for her release ONLY for overcrowded jails.

She's back in court today to decide her fate, in which the prosecutor is ALSO claiming that the sheriff is in "contempt of court".

There was an arguement that she is not getting special treatment, since the L.A. jails are so overcrowded that the normal drunk driver spends even less time in jail than she did.

As for her being hot, looks wise definately not...but she knows how to move and express her sexuality so she is in that department.
