Anyone listened to this? Is it any good? or more specifically, is it worth getting?

Saw them live in March at SXSW....I was the only one in our group of 6 that didn't wanna go...they were terrible...

we left after 3 songs or so...that's how bad it was....

Its a bit of a piss poor album, although i think herculean is a cracking track not much else of worth really.

all abit samey and boring never really gets out of first gear

Worth to see Paul Simonon of the Clash. Musically it is as refined and eclectic as anything Damon Albarn does these days. Not really my cup of tea, but it's interesting. The awkward thing is that it may be way too British.

Well then its official, I'm not wasting my time with this one. Seemed to be up in the air from critics (love/hate), but considering the members of the band, I thought it could have been something.....to all that replied, thanks for saving me the time and frustration.

its a good album if you're in the right mood, i caught the opening night of their first tour & was v pissed so cant really remember much about the show.
