A girl from my local was in her boyfriends works van on Friday night and the Police pulled them over and told him off for smoking in a company vehicle. Duly chastised they drove off. What the Police didn't know was that he was half cut and doesn't even have a licence!

Ban smoking in pubs/restaurants etc..........that's fine. But in vehicles etc, thats just ridiculous. So if I smoke (which I wouldnt cos I have given up.....sort of) in a van that is registered to me, albeit a company van, does that mean I am breaking the law?
Could I be arrested?
Will they be in uniform?
Will it involve handcuffs?

I came up with a cracking idea whilst smoking OUTSIDE my local on Sunday. I am gonna get a fake badge done up and nick a yellow vest from our warehouse - then go randomly fine people for smoking, but only fine them £25 instead of £50.
