We gots the Cold War Kids instead of Amy Winehouse when she cancelled. Woop woop. Tomahawk cancelled when I was really into them a few years ago. :/
i was very excited that siouxsie and the banshees were coming to blackburn king georges around 1981,the place set on fire the day before
when in toronto in summer 2003 i had tickets to see radiohead at the ampetheatre down the waterside, all the power went out from new york to toronto for 24 hours,so it was cancelled.
went to see the smiths at preston.the over excited and over drunk crowd went mental when they came on and mozzer was hit by a coin.he walked off and the gig ended,AFTER JUST ONE MINUTE ![]()
Saw The Smiths at Newport in Wales in 1985, Mozza made the mistake of leaning down to the crowd during the Boy With The Thorn In His Side - the crowd pulled him in and gave him a little re-enactment of a few Headmaster Rituals. Security rescued him, but the band carried on sans Mozza for the rest of the song then left the stage. They came back on without him five minutes later for an "encore" of The Draize Train, but the gig was over, 7 songs and 20 minutes in.
1984 The Smiths in the Alte Wartesaal in Cologne and two weeks later Dr. Feelgood in Übach-Palenberg. It wasn't 5 days, but I read the cancellation first only at the entrance door.
i can't find the ticket for tonight's Toulouse game. they said they were posting it to me. I'm shitting it. and all lines at LFC are curently busy, according to robot woman. they took my money though.

Ha ha. That's just brought back memories!
ACR at the Subterranea under the Westway - front-door there has a small round glass window like a port-hole. Post-it note stuck on inside but showing out just saying gig was cancelled!
Still, they played there every three months back in the early 90's. ![]()
