Just watching England vs France - Rugby world cup (ITV) and the e.on advert came on (wind turbines etc.) I've never paid attention to it but recognized the music and it struck me...

Is the music from Stroszek? I.C's favorite film, as seen in 24HPP when the chicken's dancing????

Yes. I noticed this months ago but never mentioned it before.

Ah, back to the topic..!

I'll have to dig out 24HPP and check. Sounds very similiar if not.

Yes it is the Stroszek music. I turn the sound off whenever the advert comes on as it sends shivers up my spine.
