Joy Division review by a retarded child.

I found out about this band, Joy Division, from my mother who found out about them because she is a huge fan of The Killers. The Killers recently covered a song called Shadowplay by this English band, Joy Division. A few days ago my mom got a hold of the new independent film, Control. It is about Ian Curtis, lead singer, and his struggle in life.

Since watching that film I have been in love with their music. I can really feel the energy in it. Its, well I cannot really explain it.

I love their sound. It really touches me and makes me think.

The movie Control is defiantly worth seeing. It has a lot of great music, like Sex Pistols, The Buzzcocks, The Killers, Iggy Pop, ect.

I don't know. Just check out the band, watch the movie. Have fun.

Philly isn't bad when you don't live in North, Southwest, West, or certain areas of the Northwest. If it weren't for Philly and the huge illegal gun and drug market in that area, Camden would be much safer. And Camden does have a decent concert venue. I'd go to the Tweeter center any day over the motherfuckin' Electric Factory (I hope the smoking ban on the city means you can breathe in there during concerts now), whichever stadium graces South Philly and has piss-poor accoustics, and the TLA. The Tower doesn't count because it's in Upper Darby.

And Markus Hook? I think you're confusing that with Chester city.

Although I agree that the title of this thread should be changed.
