There's a screw missing!

I heard about these a few years ago and they're finally here. With the struggle for a lot of people to get on the housing ladder I think it's a brilliant idea. On some of the plans I saw, they're actually pretty good architecturally and beat a lot of these shoe box houses that are going for a lot more.

When I helped the border patrol in Arizona, I went shopping in a hardware store. There you could buy a home that came delivered in peices, in which you assembled them yourself... I about laughed my arse off.... seems IKEA stole thier idea:shrug:

Nowhere as expensive though.

Seriously though i might downsize to some of the flatpack Debut homes down the road from me.Much less maintenance and hassle than looking after a 3 bedroomed , 2 lounged terraced .A bit weary of looking after this place after 7 odd years.Hard work.Although certain people have accused me of NOT looking after it.Usually that's people who have no experience of owning or looking after their own 3 bedroomed terrace and who still live at home with their mummy.
