What's it like around your way?

Today, I've been out and about and struggled driving due to blinding sunshine. It's 2 degrees. It's very windy. Then it started hailstoning. Then it hailed heavily. Then the hail turned to rain. Now it's bright sunshine again.

... with a stiff westerly breeze.

Not been out the house yet. But i'm eating porridge just in case it's cold out.Hope it's not bad later on as i may have to nip up the road and find a new job.Or maybe i'll just take the whole of February and March off til the weather's warm enough to step outside the house.

ha ha. Apparently we've just has the hottest January on record. Still not seen more than 35 degrees though. Last year we had 38 + on a few days. That's 100 + F for you old folks and Americans.

Now back to more drinking and movies.

here it;s been sunny, they said we may get snow at 11 or 12ish, but barely a cliud in the sky. how unusual for forecasters to get it completely wrong

Sunshine all morning, with a chilly wind. Turning overcast this afternoon with a good chance of a piss up tonight!

Have you moved then? My son was on the phone last night and he said there was snow on the ground in old CW9.

California is a little colder than usual, at 52 F.... have no idea what that is in C. Last week had record rainstorms, but for everywhere else in the world you'd probably call it a drizzle... gotta love old Southern CA

Yesterday we got snow, wind and freezing rain. Today the weather is a bit better althgough it seems windy by moments. I stay home.

a LOT of snow in the mountains in the last month, even quite a bit here in the valley, but it's all turned to rain to end this week. time to ditch the pants and start wearing shorts again
