It does prove that the fights in Hockey a play-acting though. If they REALLY meant it, look at what a skate can do, never mind a stick.
The first clip in this left me sobbing the first time I seen it....the marhshalls stand and watch, a driver has to try and save the guy, to no avail.
Dunno why it's called "death in F1" cos the guy squished between the two cars lived, as did a lightly toasted Niki Lauda, and the shot of Mansell blacking out is just weird to put in there. The guy in the last crash, hitting the pitwall in Mexico City in 1988, walked away.
that one was bad, this one looked worse and funny enough(well not funny) it was in Buffalo as well. malarchuk survuved and even resumed his career that season.
Heath Ledger's ACCIDENTAL Overdose (as if) wrote: Hockry???
I'm just thankful he didn't cut his carotid artery. Coulda really been bad. ![]()
sorry Ed, I just don't have the stomach to see that just yet, it was bad enough to see that leg on the guy from the Clippers last year
My first thought was "Clint Malarchuck" That was the scariest thing I ever saw. Malarchuck was later diagnosed with OCD if I remember correctly.
