Liam originally said that a child had gone missing in Dewsbury ... and no-one cared.

And Steveo said, Yeah, but we still hear about the McCanns all the time instead.

And which way has this one swung?

Appears people would rather talk about the McCanns. And not even Maddie McCann, people would rather just make snide potshots at the parents. Cos, of course, they really haven't suffered enough already, have they? And they deserve to be called every name under the sun because they probably don't even realise they've done wrong and are living it up on the back of all this.

Fcuk me, it's like the Daily Express right here. :nonono:

A great summation. And I agree, the mindset of some who have posted on this thread is really depressing.

There's something fishy about the McCann's IMO. Why would two very suppousedly intelligent people leave three very very litte kiddywinks all alone? The swift launch of the post kidnap media campaign also had a whiff or preplanning about it. I could be wrong though...

Anyway, rather than bemoaning and arguing the fact that no-one cares about this new missing child, why not haul your ass into the real world and go help with the search effort?

Far more productive, no?

Definitely! :thumb:

Latest is that she was found in her grandparents' house underneath the bed...

I sometimes hide under the bed for weeks on end.

But no-one comes looking for me.

Bastards!

Sounds like well done to the boys in blue.

Like something from a film, isn't it.

Awful.

If things are as they seem to be now, we can 'look forward' to another spirited defence like that guy Huntly put forward.

Must take amazing restraint from the law when they're processing someone for this kind of thing.

I bet they all wash their hands well at the end of their shift.

Thank god she has been found alive!

Hope she can get over her ordeal.

If that bastard who's abducted her has hurt her in ANY way then he deserves to die!

Sky News are referring to the man arrested as 'believed to be a relative of the girl's stepfather'.

i am so glad that she has been found alive

It'll be on the front pages for the next few days, because now there's a news angle.

Hope she's okay and hasn't suffered too much trauma from whatever happened to her.

So glad that there's a 'happy' ending to at least one news story.

Shannon's mum seems to think her daughter was abducted out of malice towards HER.

There must a lot more to this than we currently know I reckon. Sure it will develop in next few days.

I just smell something fishy, and it's not the out of date cod fillet in my fridge.

Sad to say, but I suspect a feeble attempt by the mother at getting a few quid out of the papers.

That's what i was going to say, but thought it a bit early to say it. I was waiting on tomorrows papers.

If that is the case, then the McCanns and more importantly the media, have a fair bit to answer for.

This is why we cant allow people like this to carry on breeding, I dont necessarily mean the working class, but the sort of people who literally dont know anything except how to eat and fuck. To quote Ian Paisley 'they breed like vermin'.

Education is not the answer because they are usually so dysfunctional it would be wasted on them.

Some people used to think like that in Czechoslovakia. That was mainly aimed at the gypsies who were only able to eat, fuck and steal. When a gypsy woman was braught to the hospital (for something like a broken arm) they fixed her arm and, during the anaesthesia, they also used to take the time to sterilize her...

Do you mean something like this ?

I seem to remember some bunch in nicely designed uniforms sterilizing people around 70 years ago. You could even have a break in a camp of their choice while they did it... :uhoh:

The kind of camps where Work makes Free ? That is also what I often think of when I was living there...

It always begins with ghettos. What are some of our current suburbs if not modern ghettos of our consumer society ?

Edit : I'll stop here, this is out of subject.

Quite possibly yes

The latest TV reports have made it look like a bad episode of Shameless.

The latest I've heard is that the stepfather's uncle's a suspect. I'm willing to bet that Shannon's mum and stepfather will split up over this.

They could make it so you need a license to fuck, and only qualified people could have sex. Think of all the problems this could solve.

Just heard a rumour on another site (please note that this is only a rumour at this point, so don't quote me on it) that Shannon was deliberately taken so that the family could sell their story to the press and make money. The person who wrote the post wasn't sure if the mother knew anything about it or if it was totally the stepfather's family's idea. All I can say is, I sincerely hope it's not true. If it is, I've never heard anything so sick!

Glad she's been found safe, but the kiddywink is 9 and was left to walk half a mile home from school by herself- Parental neglect by any stretch of the imagination! Another case of hang on a minute, aren't the parents partly to blame?
