That's the nice thing about being of a scientific leaning, one is always PLEASED to see one's hypotesis trashed by facts.

They should have their Newspaper status removed from them.

The papers were a fucking disgrace,whether the McCanns are guilty or not. One Day...Headline "MADDIE ALIVE!" till you read it..erm the McCanns still believe their daughter to be still alive. Another day..."MADDIE DEAD!" Portuguese police are very doubtful that she is still alive.

And then delivers a 50 minute show about some crackpot's theory which MIGHT SUGGEST something that might point to things being a certain way, if in fact it's true.

"If" you're wrong? Jesus, the stuff you were coming away with was so "out there" that I reckon the National Enquirer would've turned it's nose up at printing that "scoop". As I recall you thought Mrs McCann had murdered her daughter on the grounds that she looked like a wrong 'un.

That said, you're not alone around these parts. I didn't even bother to comment on some of the utter pish being spouted on here after that wee girl from Dewsbury was found. Stupid, stupid people.

You know what, I was actually discussing the rampant misogyny that's defined all of the Mills reportage with my journo mate. I was cursing his paper for being at the forefront of it and goading him into trying to defend it (he couldn't). Then I herad her speak after that court case and realised that she is, in fact, a bit mental after all! Still doesn't warrant the treatment that's been meated out to her though.
