Might just be Robin Guthrie, I s'pose? He still does a lot of dates.

You'd think if it was genuinely the Twins it'd be all over the net by now!!

(She wouldn't show up last minute though! :evil4: )

Thanks for finding that , James :thumb:

Aye in the cold light of this morning it does seem a bit odd they'd do that festival.Their roots are punk of course but i can't imagine them doing that punk picnic thing .Know a couple of lads who go every year and it's all Napalm Death and Anti Nowhere League etc..It'd be all over the web , aye. Dunno where my mate got the idea Cocteaus were playin. Will try and get some more info out of him later. And i will try and refrain from posting half a story on here in future:lol::

Certainly can't see it being Guthrie either: whenever I've caught him live his stuff is a million time more freeform, semi-improvised and barely-there ambient than anything the Cocteaus ever did.

All sounds like tosh to me. Liz is working on her solo record. Allegedly.....

Does anyone reckon?

I mean a couple of years back they were supposed to be doing a few gigs (Coachella?) but Liz Fraser decided to bottle out and they never reformed... can't see her changing her mind somehow as a CT reunion seems highly improbable.

Love to see them back again though, obviously. It'd be just like the good old days of them, the Bunnymen and the Order.

:skeptic:
