THIS looks particularly interesting. Wonder what was in the final 20? Voting closed a couple of weeks back and the list of tracks doesn't appear to be up anymore.

When they've had 'open season' on the voting and not a pre-defined list it's always the floor-fillers like 'For An Angel' which come out trumps on this. Or outstanding one-offs like 'Cafe del Mar'. Wonder if their panel of experts would even bother with such tracks, or instead go for summat they considered 'groundbreaking'?

Oh right, broad spectrum of tracks then? I thought it was just gonna be a list of modern clubbing stuff (you know the sorta thing: Acid House to the present).

Alison Limerick was 1990, not 1994. Good old BBC researchers, don't say much for Pete Tong's knowledge of the tracks does it.
