Evergreen was a decentish album..I remember buying it on Cd for 2 quid..Scandelous,I would'nt dream of spending money on music and not getting it from Limewire nowadays..

That's cool Norbert, They are on tour in Brazil now to play this week in Rio, Sao Pablo and Bello Horizonte. Some people from the spanish forum will see them there, unfortunately i can't go.

In 2002 Move gig they (Bunnymen) were drafted in to plug gap vacated by Shaun William Ryder (Amateur night @ Big Top era) NOT Black Grape, poor shaun realizing the lp was shit so went back on the brown :dead: :scratch:

I just watched the Liverpool DVD and was absolutely SHOCKED at Ian's voice!!!!!!!!! I had to freeze fram and make sure it was him! Jesus...what do you guys supposed happened to his voice? Sounds TOTALLY different now! Sounds a bit like Bob Dylan to be honest :(

My thoughts are they're great, really. A real gem. My fave album bein' 'Heaven up here'. And no I would not make stupid comparisons like somme folks are doin' (just like most did when I was young in the '8O's and that really pissed me off !!!)Echo better than Nuo or better than Cure which are batter than Santa, for fuck sake !

You've got to love the artists' music when it's top notch, period.

And during the great era ( from '77 through to '89) the Bunnyment and our Lads were big mates anyway.

Oh go on then, as it's a Saturday and i have a bit of time to kill.

Ocean Rain was ace obviously although i think i actually got a bit sick of them in that summer of 1984.There was overkill, they were bloody everywhere.Recall watching that Crystal Days gig on the telly though and thought they were amazing.

Never got round to spending much time on their earlier albums i have to admit.I did derive some enjoyment form that 1999 album What Are You Going Do With Your Life?

Nothing Lasts Forever is a classic.Also bought the follow up single which sounded pretty good at the time, forget the name.

Just listening to My K-K-K-K- Kingdong K-K-K-K-Kingdong now :music:
