It's free, and measures both processor and GPU (video card) performance.
FAC9000 scores 200,000 average (from 194 to 206 depending on how much I feel like toasting it's innerds).
It's a nice little demo to watch as well.
Please note: You must not have "vertical sync" turned on, because that will limit the max frames per second to your monitor's refresh rate (probably 60), and bugger your score up.
For those who usually fanny about with their video settings....go into your control panel and set "high performance" (makes about a 3% difference vs "high quality"), and ensure that stuff like Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic filtering are set to "application controlled" or whatever your card's drivers call it. If you have no idea what the previous paragraph is about, then your settings are almost certainly fine as is.
