Much as I dislike Bush, and would love to pile in His Royal Idiocy, I doubt he had anything to do with this. Blame the White House PR person who allowed this content to be reproduced in their press kit.

I think it just shows just how unseriously Bush and his administration take the job. Like whatever, delegate this and make something up, dump that on an intern. Surrounds himself with "yes men" and those who have pledged loyalty to him for better jobs down the road. Americans got what they deserved. Bush had almost no responsibility before becoming president, nor ever had to manage people.

you can ignore the band Bush very easily the last decade
