one of my favourite bands :bow:

reznor is a legend for giving this away for free, as well as the instrumental 36 track "ghosts" album last month as well.

really hope they come back to europe soon they were phenomenal when i saw them in manchester at the apollo and then again at leeds festival last year. just an amazing live band.

Trent is the only artist so far i know that tolerates free downloads of his music. He says it's for the fans.

Trent is also "over the hill" music business wise, and he is trying to get some attention/publicity, and it has worked. It is a good business move cause he makes most of his money at this point from concerts.

Trent has always had good taste in music even if he can't always edit/produce himself well. This free music giveaway kinda shits on other artists who need some income thou.

The only artists that really receive substantial money from album sales is really 'over-the-hill' artists... those that have enough clout to get record companies to sign over higher percentages just so they can say he is on thier label. Young artists receive next to nothing, so the only ones I can see hurting are old-crusty bands.... and that bothers me little.

The DVD contains 5 clips from live rehearsal. So no light show, just Trent and the boys playing. Awesome.
