Feckin' deadly! Julie got me the ZOOM effects pedal for Xmas. You can do loads of effects on it.But pissing about with it this week,I've found a Hooky setting! Just need a better bass player!!

BTW....in insight, you're meant to drone the string below the one you play the melody on (unless you are and it aint coming out on the vid), same for 24hours, SCL and a couple of others.
I like the mental noises the Zoom makes as it clears it's buffers between patches.....I'd probably chuck the bass and spend a day makin a tune with that instead.
Do you have a mixer with an aux (send-return) loop on it...it must have a level control, not just some sockets....send some of the output of the zoom back to it's input, and prepare to make Dr Who soundtracks. I've been thumped, kicked, and yelled at on stage, studio and bedroom, for getting well fucking carried away "soloing" a clapped out old quadraverb.....and none of it stopped me either MUUUUUUUHAHAHAHAHA
Get "guitar rig" on your PC BTW....probably as good as, or better than the zoom (crappy soundcard notwithstanding).

It comes with a disc so you can USB it to the PC with CUBASE.I might have a go at that! It's got some cool synth sounds on it.I can play The League's BEING BOILED on it,and Numan's DOWN IN THE PARK ,sounds deadly.

Have to agree with that, I bought an extra long strap and as well as not being able to play it's pretty uncomfortable too, I'm sure there are moments now when hooky's back is playing up that he regrets playing so low to the ground.
I'm inspired, I'll have to look into doing something similar, we could get a Hooky emulation chart going!
I keep thinking we should out-do freebase.....I could arraange a few NO songs into about 10 bass parts :D
