Cooling Tower Demolition

this is pretty much the view we had last night :)

wish they'd kept them though, you always knew you were home when you drove past them on the M1 (anyone not from Sheffield won't understand!)

Blimey , driven past em loads of times over the years.Sad to see em go

It will be strange driving past without the towers.

I do like watching demolitions though.

I bet for the first 30 or 40 years they were called an eyesore Now when they are gone they are an iconic landmark.
