I put 'other' cos at least 9 make me depressed; but on the whole, I agree with the above!
It's a combination of all the above plus money worries, weather, work stress, bad news, etc.
But suicidal people who take their kids with them really gets to me.
The fact that we havent had even a handful of sunny, warm dry days this summer. That at the same time as the gloomy economic news is most disheartening.

Well, yes, until you go reefer crazy and shoot your entire family & everyone else you know then drop said joint which sets fire to the house and burns baby burns.
And that is where optimism will get you.

Kiddie diddlers are the worst (since there isn't an option for those fuckers I put other), but close second is the first option of people who take out thier whole family... can't understand the logic behind it at all...

Yes, 'baby murder'. It's a phrase that's been used round here by at least one person who I'll give the benefit of the doubt to by not mentioning that his online name is Tex.
I very much doubt anyone bothered to complain about that, mind, though elsewhere on this delightfully ideologically confused website someone has kicked up a minor stink because I used the phrase "rancid spunk" to describe the aimless rancid spunk that is the New Order reissues.
Community. You gotta love it.

I don't recall if I've ever used the phrase "baby murder" here. But, since you've opened the door counselor, how else would you describe what happens to an unborn baby during an abortion?
The PC, health and safety, fearful soceity that England has become in the last few years.
You cant buy something on a credit card without arousing suspicion these days.
Online systems which are so guarded by security they are in fact, impossible to work. I.e. Internet banking, student finance, etc.
The growing influence of Supermarkets, creating a nation where creativity and individuality is stifled in favour of homeogenity.
The decline of local butchers, fishmongers, greengroces, general stores, replaced by souless entities like Spar and Costcutter.
ringing up somewhere to make a simple enquiry and not being able to get through to anyone. step forward. BT.
ringing up somewhere, asking for something to be done, and it not being done. Step forward, Natwest and Sky.

Tex, without wishing to devalue the life of a fetus, there's no such thing as an "unborn baby." There are babies, which exist only outside the womb, i.e., they have been born, and there are fetuses, which exist only inside the womb, i.e., they haven't been born. Your entire argument appears to be premised upon a non-existent, nonsensical entity-- the "unborn baby"-- that was created solely for rhetorical purposes. Had you instead said "fetus murder," you'd be far more accurate in your description of the life being ended.
A good most of me feels that the near-25 years I've been alive has been almost altogether a waste of my precious time, which I really won't get into at the moment as far as highlights and/or details... ![]()
