It's on the news every day. I just hit the ignore button in ma heid. I have no shares or money saved so I couldnae care less.
I am pissed off at the price of spaghetti these days though.
Oh and Morrisson's don't do 3 Lasagne's fer £2.50 anymore.

I think the shit will hit the fan after xmas. What with the banks not passing on the interest cut and energy bills on the increase. Could be alot of people in dire straits.
for once in my life, i feel i've lucked out finacially because i have no savings and haven't use a credit card for 6yrs. Cash is king.
Only credit I have ootstanding is a car loan for my Aught 6 Elantra.
Payoff is about $11K and if I traded it in I would get around $6K

Thankfully with the sotck market predicament, I don't own shares, was thinking of getting some, but, thankfully I didn't do so
As for bread with fag ends, ewww, rather have quality bread from Waitrose, at least I get my monies worth chattng up this nice lady, yup, I have tried unsuccessfully, to go for a drink with her, but I am not stopping there, if she is thinking that way, hehe

i'm worried here, i should end up alright - being reasonably still a ways off from retirement but my parents have seen their retirement drop and they are using it now.
real estate is a bargain but so what? anyone I know who's looking, including myself - are not willing to put in for a loan as we're all waiting to see if our jobs are effected.
I work in grocery, but more upscale type format and now the news is talking about how people are "trading down" frickin mcdonalds and burger king, walmart, cosco are soaring in sales.
that should really help the obesity epidemic in the US; and the health care system.
the only silver lining to this mess is that i've got to learn to cook, no more going out for a long time.
