Class Fighters

The De La Hoya / Pacquiao fight was class last night. Both class fighters in and out of the ring. Sad to see the Golden Child to go down, but at least to a deserving fighter

Froch v Pascal was a great fight. But neither could hold a candle to some of the great UFC fights from this year, like Jackson v Griffin, Lesnar v Mir, Lesnar v Couture, or Anderson Silva v Dan Henderson.

The Golden Child is being replaced, and you are right his age is getting to him. I'm glad he's being replaced by another fighter with dignity in and out of the ring. Just tired of the fighters like Ali, that fight great, but have the personality of an 8 year old playing footie in the park.

You should really study Ali Edel,before you say he's a tosser. He is one of the best human beings ever,ultimately...Look at his life outside the ring,and you will not be able to count the smiles on the amount of faces,and the lives he's touched. Who,alive still,his better than him? And why? Cos I'm fucked if I know.

You might be right on Ali, I never really had an inclination to read about his life story. What I didn't care was all the talk he had, talking about himself so highly. For many its acceptable, as long as you can back it up... but I prefer actions to words, and if your actions are good enough, you don't need words.
