Actually it's showing the bottom of your feet to someone is the worst insult (so they do not sit indian style), show the bottom of your feet to them and best friends are ready to fight to the death.

That being the case, the unimaginable insult is to step on someone... throwing was the next big thing. If it would have been Saddam nstead of Bush here, that reporter probably would have been tortured, beheaded, then his whole immediate family would have been tortured and beheaded:nod:

It must be the case. I was amazed how composed he stayed with even a smirk thrown in. Laura the librarian must of have thrown books at him. Probably after some late nights hitting the slopes.
