Didn't actually think this was 'news', as he was named in the report about Richard Hammond's accident. Also the amount of people yelling 'Alright Stig!?' at him when he was driving as himself at last years Festival Of Speed seemed to suggest it was common knowledge...

They should replace him with Damon Hill or Johnny Herbert (although Johnny's fucked up feet would be a dead giveaway).
There's also a certain German who's at a loose end since he stopped ruining F1.
Brundle would be a good choice too, but TG is filmed on Weds, and he'd be on his way to the GP at that time. Certainly the man can drive anything quickly and has a massive understanding of cars.
